Paintings About the Artist A Thai born in 1973, As a young artist, he has won several awards and honours since 1992 and participated in over 30 events in Thailand. The “Rooster” theme, having inspired many Indonesian artists, bears no exception on Kowapitaktak. An excellent example will be “Chicken Farm” as seen on the left, which is rendered in acrylic. Set in a highly realistic note, there is a remarkable clarity in his work that is reinforced by its bright colour tones. One cannot help but be in awe of Kowapitaktak’s dedicated effort in bringing photographic truth and light in his works.
